Life Changes!

I’ve left my job.

It wasn’t all that much of a surprise, and these last few months it had becoming clearer and clearer that I needed to move on to whatever is next.

I’m not at the point where the books can sustain / replace my work income, so I’m entertaining other options in that regard. But it does mean that I’ll have some extra time to dedicate to writing, when I’m not traveling or interviewing with new companies.

Book Four is nearly finished, though the editing is going a bit slower because the editor has a lot of projects he’s working on. The cover designer as well. I guess its a good time to be in the design and editing business.

This next week I’m going to attempt to wrap everything up and get the manuscript to the editor in full. I do have a trip to Houston mid-week. Wish me luck!
